Learning objectives Students who successfully passed this module • are familiar with a fundamental project management framework • are able to present a business case and initiate a corresponding project • are able to understand the influence of stakeholders and how to communicate or report (intermediate) project results • are able to plan a project and to apply techniques of requirements-, time-, scope- and resource management • are able to assess and describe the overall effort for the project work • are able to identify risks qualitatively and quantitatively and how to adequately respond to risks in general • are able to understand how a project is executed • are able to monitor and control project work and judge if corrective action is necessary • are able to understand the importance of project closure.
